It is chosen on weight and experience, not on height: more weight and less practice mean more volume. An adult beginner needs a board that looks absurdly big, and that is normal. Message us with the weight and the experience and we will prepare the right size for your dates.
Do you need a wetsuit in Cagliari?
In high summer often not, but in spring and autumn your time in the water without one drops considerably, and while you are learning you spend a long time sitting still waiting. If you are coming out of season, also consider a muta.
Where is the best place to try?
