How many seats do my guests need?
You do not need a seat for everybody: at a standing party the share sitting down at any one moment is a fraction of the total, but it grows with the length of the event. For a long evening it is worth being generous. Message us with how many guests and how many hours it lasts and we will give you a realistic pointer.
Are they all right on grass or gravel?
On firm grass they work well. On gravel they sit unevenly and the seat feels unstable, so it is better to choose a flatter area or to allow for a base board. Tell us what the ground is like and we will work out together how to position them.
Do they stay outside all night?
The setup can stay up for the duration of the event, but rain and overnight damp have to be considered because the wood absorbs them. If the forecast is uncertain it is worth thinking about a cover, even just a gazebo over the seating area.
Do they include cushions?
The seating is used with cushions, which are part of the setup and get agreed along with the rest because they affect both comfort and appearance. Tell us what kind of event it is and we will confirm during opening hours what we can prepare for those dates.
