The test is how many people have to be served at the same moment, not how many guests there are in total. With continuous service you need more counter than you would think, because the queue forms in the first thirty minutes. Does it need mains power?
Yes, the lighting is powered and you have to allow for a socket reachable with an extension lead. If the event is in a field or somewhere with no connection, consider a generator, taking the rest of the lighting and audio setup into account as well.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, and it is the most frequent use, but it has to sit on reasonably level ground and be sheltered from direct rain. On uneven grass the modules do not line up side by side and the work surface rocks, so it is worth choosing the spot in advance rather than on the evening itself.
Does it include a sink or a fridge?
The counter is a serving and lighting structure, not a complete bar installation. Refrigeration and washing are separate items that get added depending on what you are serving. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm during opening hours what we can put together for your dates.
