What does a monthly rental include?
It includes the agreed equipment for the period, routine maintenance at our expense and support during business hours. It does not include consumables and day to day supplies, which stay with you and which we set out clearly in the quote.
Can I swap the machine when the phase changes?
Yes, and it is the reason this arrangement exists. If you tell us the phases you expect at the outset, we organise the swaps in advance instead of treating them as new requests every time.
What if the site finishes earlier than expected?
Tell us as soon as you know. The calculation is set on the agreed period, so an early close has to be looked at together: we would rather discuss it beforehand than handle it as a surprise on return.
Is it better than buying the machine?
It depends almost entirely on how many times you will use it after this site. If it is an operation you rarely face, renting avoids tied up capital, maintenance and storage. If it becomes daily work, buying makes sense and we will say so.
Do the machines stay on site overnight?
Usually yes, and this is the point worth being clear about beforehand: safekeeping during the period is your responsibility. Tell us how the site is secured, so we can weigh up together what makes sense to leave there.
Can I add equipment during the month?
Yes. It often happens that an unforeseen operation comes up halfway through a site. You write to us what you need and from when, and we add it to the period under way instead of opening a separate file.
