How much space is needed (quick estimate)
As an orientation: for the covered area it counts approximately 1 m² per guest, including passages between tables, buffet and music. It is not a guaranteed capacity: you need to understand if the garden can handle the event before booking.
- 10 m tent (≈78 m²): central area, not the entire reception alone
- Standing buffet: less surface area under the roof, but the buffet and kitchen must still be covered
If the lawn is narrow or sloping, send photos and approximate measurements: we will evaluate together before confirming.

How much is the deposit?

How many guests does a 10 meter tent cover?
It covers the central area of the event well, not automatically all the seated guests. For 100-120 guests a tent + gazebo and tables under cover are usually combined. Write number of guests and layout in the WhatsApp message.
How much advance do I need to book?
For high season (May-September) it is best to write several weeks in advance. For urgent dates we try anyway: indicate the date in the message and we check availability every day from 8:00 to 20:00.
Can I rent everything from you?
Yes for coverage, seating, audio, lights and energy in our catalog. Catering and flowers usually remain with other suppliers: we only coordinate the equipment part.
What if the weather gets worse?

Do you do assembly on site?
We evaluate case by case based on date, location and equipment. Describe in the message whether you do it yourself or need support for the awning, audio and lights.
Who puts up awning and gazebo?

Wedding on the beach: what to check?

How many days are you renting for?

Does the generator disturb the ceremony?
